Cynful Cosplay is a New Orleans, LA based cosplayer who has been cosplaying since 2004. She has been in 10+ costume contests and won first place in 3. She has done 30+ cosplays and made 20+ herself along with props. She has done a couple panels about cosplaying on a budget and making your own costumes.
